Is a registered nutrition and dietetic technician who loves food and nurturing a healthy relationship with food. With a background in nutrition and public health, who wants others to enjoy tasty and varied foods in their lives. She has shifted to a weight-neutral nutrition with an understanding of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size approaches. She is also the Client-Program/Project-Development Coordinator for Vital Transformations.
Born and raised in Arizona, she is from the Navajo tribe and currently lives in the Phoenix metro area. Besides raising a rambunctious toddler, enjoys learning and cooking new recipes that strengthen her relationship to all foods.
